We moved to Kennewick last fall from Prosser. Prosser can get some high winds but I think Tri-Cities has Prosser beat by a mile. The one thing I couldn't solve was how to keep our riding lawn mower covered. I got a brilliant idea but it seems my wife didn't think it was that great of an idea.
