traffic jam

I've lived in Tri-Cities for over 25 years and yes traffic is notably worse each year. I have a very short commute each day but I do have to cross the Blue Bridge to and from work so what should the traffic planners do to fix some of our most congested roadways??

It is going to get absolutely crazy as hundreds of thousands of Washington residents migrate to Oregon for the Eclipse on Monday.
