I came across this amazing time lapse video produced by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, it depicts a deceased female elk from the Mt. Saint Helen’s elk herd study being a food source for several animal species.
I ran across this video a woman named Heather Leigh captured this past weekend near Missoula Montana. According to Heather the elk followed the couple for 1 or 2 miles. Check out the newscast and the 'Raw' video. Warning the raw audio has some cuss words! Apparently the Elk doesn't realize it's hunting season!
Living in the Tri-Cities we come into contact with a lot of critters. Just the other morning my dogs we going nuts, come to find out a skunk was in our back yard. Last year I was leaving for work at 5am as usual when out of the corner of my eye i saw what i thought was a herd of cats running down my street...come on it was early anyway it turned out to be 4 very large raccoons

An Ohio man who owned an exotic animal farm released his animals to the wild and then committed suicide on Tuesday, according to police.
Farm owner Terry Thompson was found dead in his home near Columbus, OH by the sheriff’s deputies, who say his body had been disturbed by animals. Authorities will not comment on how Thompson killed himself.
