Washington Thanksgiving Prices Might Surprise You

The Seattle Times grocery check found that 11 typical Thanksgiving items (turkey, rolls, pie mix, etc.) cost about $86.70 at their sampled stores, but things are a little cheaper here in the Tri-Cities.

At some discount stores, it could be under $50, depending on what's available.

It all depends on how fancy you are making your Thanksgiving dinner this year.

Prices are going to vary from store to store, but you can also take advantage of pre-made meals like Yokes and other restaurants here in the Columbia Basin.

A good range of costs for the average person should range from $7 to $10 for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Prices are up a bit, but the good news is that turkey is down, so you might be able to save a few bucks after all.
