These Are the 10 Worst Cities in Washington

I just finished watching this witty yet sorta true video about the 10 WORST cities in Washington State...Only 1 eastern Washington City made their list...can you guess which one??

The video appears on a web site called Home Snacks and they based their list on things like crime, the local economy and even the public school funding.

The good news is Tri-Cities didn't make the list!!
