Most parents usually end up at one time or another having their walls drawn on with a marker. Obviously destroying the walls of your home is never encouraged, but what if instead you actually allowed the destruction of your home?

At an interactive art installation for the Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane, artist Yayoi Kusama created a fully white environment (a blank canvas) where over the course of two weeks children who visited were given thousands of colored dot stickers and were invited to collaborate in the transformation of the space.  The installation, entitled The Obliteration Room is part of Kusama’s Look Now, See Forever exhibition that runs through March 12 in Brisbane.
