This Yakima House Could Be Yours for $100 [PHOTOS]
Let me describe this Yakima home. It's 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2522 feet on a 8240 square foot lot in Yakima and it's completely new. If that doesn't get you excited, how about being able to own this house for $100?
It's possible thanks to a fundraiser from Perry Technical College in Yakima. The raffle tickets cost $100 apiece. The fundraiser will help various Perry Tech programs and the goal is to sell 6000 raffle tickets.
Not only will all the profits from ticket sales benefit student scholarships, but also students in the Construction, Electrical, HVAC/R, and Plumbing programs helped build the 2,522 sq. ft. home. A ton of great sponsors donated the materials to make the house and it looks amazing. You can take a virtual tour by clicking here for the video.
Here are the details of the raffle:
Located at 2101 S. 74th Ave. in Yakima, this home is estimated to be worth $400,000. Tickets are $100 each with a maximum of 6,000 tickets to be sold. If less than 4,000 tickets are sold, the prize will be 50% of ticket sales, less expenses. Last day to purchase tickets is Fri., Dec. 31st, 2021, and the drawing is scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2022.
There are several locations in the Yakima Valley to purchase tickets and because it is a raffle, you have to buy the tickets in person.
