This Adorable Senior Chihuahua Is Ready for a Fresh Start

Thumper was picked up by a good Samaritan on North 4th Avenue and West Court Street in Pasco.

This sweet little guy has been at TCAS a bit longer than expected while he recovered from a dental procedure, but he’s all healed up now

At just about 5 pounds, Thumper is one of TCAS's smallest and oldest adoptable residents, but you would never guess it by watching him move.

He trots around like a pro on leash, full of pep, and every so often, yes, he still gets the zoomies.

He’s got that permanently “puppy-eyed” look that makes him seem almost too cute to be real, but that’s just Thumper being Thumper.

He’s gentle, sweet, and has a surprisingly big personality packed into a tiny frame.

He has done well in dog meet and greets, though his history around other dogs and cats is unknown.

Thumper is now neutered, fully recovered, and ready to trade kennel life for a cozy home where he can keep being his delightful little self.
