Well you knew this was going to happen...Madras Oregon a town with a population of about 7,000 swelled to over 100,000 people in town for the eclipse had one of it's banks robbed yesterday during the mass exodus of people leaving town!

It happened shortly before 2 p.m. when a man walked into the US Bank on C street and demanded cash and then promptly exited with an undisclosed amount of money!

His timing could not have been better as the town was filled with Eclipse tourist trying to leave the area.

The Madras Police, The Jefferson County Sheriffs Department as well as the FBI are investigating!
