Vehicle Prowl, Stolen Credit Cards and Man on Bike Struck by Car
But wait there's more.
According to KPD, two perpetrators, one male, one female were allegedly prowling cars around houses near the intersection of Highway 395 and W 10th Ave.
Police say the couple took credit cards from a car. The victim noticed charges from the Kennewick Fred Meyer and Walmart. After checking their home security camera and finding footage of the man and woman taking the card from the car, a family member of the car prowl victim went to Fred Meyer to confront the car prowlers (never a good idea says KPD, call them).
The family member found the man and after being confronted he ran from the store and took off on a bike. While crossing Highway 395, the man was struck by a car. After getting hit, the man got up and rode away on his bike, and the police lost his trail until a man with serious leg injuries showed up at the hospital.
Throw in the alleged woman accomplice and her illegal shenanigans, who is still at large as of this writing and the ending is still to be written. That's where you come in.
You can help. You know you want to.
