No mention is made how she got a hold of the payroll checks but a College Place women was arrested for allegedly forging over $4,000 worth of checks from Pizza Hut.

Brittany Slayton of College Place was arrested on first-degree identity theft, six counts of forgery and third-degree theft in connection to the Pizza Hut checks. Slayton is also facing charges from a prior arrest for similar actions at Valley Residential Services.

Photos obtained by the Police show Slayton cashing checks at U.S Bank with Columbia Basin Pizza Hut Inc with Slayton as the beneficiary. Pizza Hut conformed she wasn't an employee.
