Washington Set to Say Goodbye to Daylight Saving Time Forever
Tired of setting your clock forward or back for Daylight Saving Time? Washington State is trying to pass a bill that will have Washington join Arizona and Hawaii as the only states that don't recognize Daylight Saving Time.
Oregon and Idaho are also considering abolishing Daylight Saving Time. People want the extra hour of light in the evening rather than the extra hour in the morning according to research and that explains the failures of previous bills.
California served as the turning points for the bills as California is close to passing a similar bill and if it passes, it'll set the stage for Oregon, Idaho and Washington to follow suit.
If the bill fails, bill makers are considering a bill that would put Washington in a Mountain Time Zone year round.
So do you support a change with Daylight Saving Time? or do you think it should stay the way it is?
