What Restaurant Do You Want To Replace PF Chang’s at The Mall?

Sadly, P.F. Chang's is closing down at the Columbia Center mall but it does mean that it leaves an opening for a new eatery in Kennewick.

Is there a restaurant that you'd like to see in that space? 

I'm thinking an In and Out Burger or White Castle would be awesome but I'm sure there are other franchises that you can think of - what are they?
