Winter Hours Begin At Richland Horn Rapids Landfill

The Horn Rapids Landfill has shifted to its winter hours, closing on Sundays, through February.
The landfill will continue to be open Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Richland residents can place excess refuse in plastic bags next to the curb during trash collection days for no additional charge.
