What distracted driving?

Cellphone use, talking to passengers, being lost in thought, eating or drinking, and dealing with pets and children are the most common.
April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month.
WSP is conducting emphasis patrols in Tri-Cities looking for drivers who are on their phones while driving. On Friday, they were patrolling SR 395 and Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick from 2 pm to 7 pm. The patrols will continue through the month.
