Yakima School District Releases Loving Cooper Kupp Tribute Video
Yakima is proud of NFL football star Cooper Kupp and for good reason, he's an amazing alumnus of the Yakima School District.
Yakima Pays Tribute To Cooper Kupp
Super Bowl LVI is coming up this weekend and Yakima native Cooper Kupp will be playing with the Los Angeles as his team will try and take down the Cincinnati Bengals.
The amazing thing about Cooper Kupp, is he's from the Yakima Valley and grew up in Yakima, and attended Davis High School.
Cooper Kupp Is A Native Washingtonian
He played football at Eastern Washington at Cheney Washington and is a true Washingtonian.

Cooper was a talented player at Davis High School and was a three-letter winner in Basketball and lead the Davis Pirates to a 23-2 record in his senior year.
Copper after high school attended Eastern Washington University on scholarship after turning down another scholarship to play at Idaho State.
When Did Cooper Kupp Get Drafted Into The NFL?
Cooper was drafted in the 3rd round to play for the Los Angeles Rams where he's racked up some impressive stats. He was also named the NFL's reception leader in 2021
The Los Angeles Rams are now poised to win Super Bowl LVI against the Cinncinatti Bengals on Sunday, February 13th. I know we'll all be rooting on this Washington native as he tries to win his first Super Bowl.
One of the cool things I came across is a posting from the Yakima School District that did a tribute video with Cooper's family, friends, and schoolmates from his years living in Yakima.
Take a look at the video:
Copper Kupp is Yakima's favorite son this week and he's got a whole lot of people rooting for him to win the big game this Sunday.
It's going to be a great game this weekend and win or lose, it's still awesome to see Cooper Kupp represent Yakima and Washington State.
