Does a Bird Flying Into Your Window Mean Someone’s Going to Die? [SURVEY]

We were right in the middle of our "Tri-Cities Missed Connections" feature on the morning show when the mood was shattered by a small bird smashing into our window! We took a moment to recover and then I was ready to press on but Stacy refused. She said that means someone's going to die now! What do you think?

We did a little research, and even accepted calls from listeners, and here's what we learned:

• It was originally a superstition related to doves (or maybe owls).
• It means someone is going to die in the HOME/HOUSE (but remember that the studio is in a triple-wide that used to be someone's home!
• The superstition was included in an episode of The Ghost Whisperer -- that's where Stacy first heard it.
