Joker’s Comedy Club’s Rick D’elia Helping Fundraise For Mother Burned In Boat Fire

Kennewick resident Donna Smith is a single mother of three who suffered second- and third-degree burns over 55 percent of her body in boat explosion May 14 at the Richland Yacht Club. She was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where she had surgery on her arms. A second surgery is scheduled for her legs and chest.
