A Mother Forced Her Toddler to Get a Tattoo – Is This Child Abuse? [VIDEO]

If you have not seen this yet, a lot of people (Including me) are outraged over this video that shows a three-year-old being held down and forced to get a tattoo.It's not clear what the tattoo's of. But a website in the Dominican Republic claims it's a "666" tattoo, and the mom is a member of some cult.

I think all the people in this video should go straight to jail, and that toddler get a new set of parents!
