Stolen vehicle, driving while license suspended, heroin. Trifecta.
The Kennewick Police Department's been upping their presence in Columbia Park, and last night, Friday, January 10, 2020, a patrol car spotted a car that was reported stolen, so, of course, the driver has no valid license and one of his passengers had heroin. These charges are alleged, of course.

Last night while conducting an extra patrol through Columbia Park, Officers located a stolen vehicle. The driver, 52 year old Arthur Nelson was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Driving While License Suspended. One of the passengers, 39 year old Jessica Baker was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Heroin. KPD Case 20-01418
