I had the cassettes and I had the vinyl when I was a teenager. Foreigner was one of those bands for me that hit all the right spots. Foreigner could rock and then slow it down to whoo the ladies with the ballads.

I remember being at church camp and thinking this blonde girl was cute. She had a boyfriend at the time but of course, that doesn't stop this knucklehead.

I was so unaware that her best friend was into me and I missed it on a huge opportunity - you never, we could've been married by now.

They had a dance that night at church camp and you guessed it, Foreigner was playing on the jukebox and I did manage to get a dance out of it so thank you, Foreigner!

Flash forward to 2021 and we've got Foreigner coming to the Toyota Center on September 22nd.

It'll be a chance to relive that night with my wife as I'm sure she'll appreciate me a little more than that girl I had a crush on all those years ago.

I thought you'd enjoying listening to my pick of favorite Foreigner songs. I selected five of their biggest hits and I think you'll be surprised by some of my choices because they might even be considered to be "lost hits" from the band.

Here are five great Foreigner songs in my opinion worth checking out below:

Foreigner's Say You Will was the song at church camp that I'll never forget. It's the one song I remember playing from that night. It's a great tune from their Inside Information album that doesn't get any love these days.

Another hidden gem from the album Agent Provocateur. It already had the smash hit "I Want To Know What Love Is" on the album but the second song "That Was Yesterday" was really my favorite track from the album.

Urgent is a fist-pumping anthem that you can't get out of your head once you start singing it. I wore out my cassette of "4" which also included the #2 smash "Waiting For A Girl Like You"

Hot Blooded was the tune at the skating rink that my friend Dana loved for me to play for her. It's a perfect jam for rockers and balladeers alike.

Sting was in a studio next to Foreigner when they were recording this track and he had to stop and ask who was recording such a heart-wrenching song. It's a masterpiece and one of the coolest things about the band is that they'll bring out a local choir to sing backup for them during the song. You can't help but have goosebumps when this tune is playing.

Tickets are on sale now at the Toyota Center for the Kennewick show on August 22nd, 2021
