Congratulations Jennie Schmidt, May Teacher of the Month!
Jennie Schmidt works in the autism program at Garrison Middle School in Walla Walla. She was nominated for 98.3 The Key's Teacher of the Month award by Shannon Barnett. Here's what Shannon said:
Jennie is an amazing teacher. She cares for all her students and keeps us parents very informed on our kid's progress. She is very patient when the kiddos are having a rough day and at times she has more then one not having the best day. She still has the biggest smile on her face at the end of the day. I really appreciate what she does for my daughter and the other kids in the class."
