Will Lady Gaga stay born this way? Last week, the ‘Marry the Night’ singer shared a photo of herself on Twitter, all snug in bed. The photo has set off a storm of chatter about the Mother Monster’s lips, which were puffy and pillowy. The so-called “trout pout” has the media speculating: Did Lady Gaga have plastic surgery? Did she get her lips injected with plumping fillers?

At 26, Gaga is beautiful, and, well, too young to be altering her features.

While Gaga’s pink lips look bee-stung and fuller than we’re used to, it could be anything from her lip gloss to the angle of the camera to the lighting to the fact that she could have just been making out with her BF Taylor Kinney. Perhaps she bit her lips too much during one of her many sold out performances and they were swollen? There is a myriad of possibilities here, people!

Ma Monster did dismiss the notion of cosmetic surgery at one point in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, declaring, “I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have. I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification.”

While Gaga proclaims that she was born this way, it doesn’t mean that she is ruling out the possibility down the ride, when age and mother nature creep up on her face, skin and body! She has said, “I haven’t had any yet, I was born this way. But maybe after I pop out a few Gaga babies I’ll be not born this way any more.”

How cryptic and clever of her! She’s also referencing her body, not her face.

When we saw the twit pic over the weekend, we weren’t struck by the hugeness of Gaga’s lips, but now with all the hoopla and suggestions that she may have had a little help along the way, we looked again and acknowledge their plumpness. But it’s not unnatural, Lisa Rinna-style hugeness. Honestly, she’s either blowing an air kiss or rocking a facial pose that we’ve seen Paris Hilton do billions of times.

Our verdict? We don’t think she had any enhancement. What do you think, PopCrushers? See her tweet, examine her pucker in the photo below and tell us your opinion.
