Do You Like Cream Cheese on a Hot Dog? [POLL]

Some call it a "Seattle Dog" and I certainly haven't found anyone outside of Washington who puts cream cheese on a hot dog. Do you do it? I don't dislike it, but I don't think it adds anything either. What about you? When grilling at home, do you add cream cheese?
