If you're applying for a job, you know the company's probably going to check you out on facebook, so set your profile to private.

But that might not be enough anymore. Some companies are actually asking candidates for their Facebook passwords...so they can log on and see everything you're hiding. And because people are so desperate for jobs, they're actually going along with it.
