I took my Morning Show 'on the road' last week as I traveled to New York to attend the Women Who Inspire luncheon. It was fun to share the time I was away with you!

Broadcasting Live on the Road is fun and different

I had a blast being with the teams of women I've become involved with at Dress for Success and also Zotos Agebeautiful.

While I was in NY, we had lunch or dinner with lots of different media editors. What always amazes me about these hard-working editors who are back-to-back busy writing articles for these big magazines and online press outlets, is how young and talented they are.

Women's World Magazine Editors are hard workers

Most went to college, majored in communication or journalism, and write up to five articles a day for notable publications. They are all young, vibrant, and smart! I love to see these women and feel like I could learn so much from them if I could interview THEM instead of the other way around. Who knows, maybe I'll get the chance to do that someday!

Carisa Mosness from Women's World Magazine was interesting, and kind, and asked great questions. I found myself getting very emotional while talking with her about my time on the Golden Bachelor.

It's funny how when you think back on something painful it still holds emotion and that comes right to the surface. I wonder at times,  just how long it will take before that stops bubbling up for me!
