Foodie Favorite El Fat Cat Grill To Re-Open This Week

The hugely popular food truck located near Kamiakin High is set to re-open this week after being closed for several weeks to expand and remodel.

Not only have they expanded and made the restaurant space to more of a shed versus a food truck but they've added all kinds of colorful artwork provided by local artists!

The owners of El Fat Cat needed this upgrade not only for the space and a more efficient kitchen but to help with the elements which often caused the food truck to close early or open late due to weather in the Tri-Cities.

They hope to be open by September 12th but for sure no later than next week!
