Porter's Real Barbecue is hiring a full time morning cook immediately. You will be thoroughly trained on how to make authentic BBQ on wood fired pits. Duties will include trimming and seasoning of meat, cooking sides, and other food prep. Shifts starts at 4 AM and includes weekends.
No restaurant experience required. We are looking for someone hardworking, RELIABLE, and with a positive attitude to join our "BBQ family". We are admittedly particular about who we hire to work for our family run business. You must be able to take direction and constructive criticism. Kids summer Camp
The Arc Of Tri-Cities is looking for individuals who are interested in working with kids and adults that have disabilities this summer. Must be creative, positive, energetic, fun, and have the ability to be a good role model. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving record for the last 3 years and at least 5 years driving experience. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. Experience working with children and adults that have disabilities is helpful but not required.
Training begins on Wednesday, May 31st for the first round of individuals hired and June 13th for second round. The summer camp and day programs start on Monday, June 19th and run for 9 weeks, Monday through Friday, until August 18th. Applicants will be working between 6 and 8 hours daily and 30-35 hours a week.
