Gordon Ramsey Shows How To Make The Perfect Beef Wellington [VIDEO]

My husband and I love Hells Kitchen. One dish they always serve is 'Beef Wellington' and it is something I have never had or even seen on a menu. I guess we don't dine at fancy enough restaurants. Our 4 year wedding anniversary is coming up and we're headed to Reno Nevada and I'm on a quest to find 'Beef Wellington'.
