Is a Woodpecker Waking You Up? One By My House Won’t Shut Up! [VIDEO]

Where I grew up in southern California the only birds we had were seagulls, blue jays and crows. Since moving here to the Columbia Basin I discovered a whole new world of birds. Here we have bald eagles, hawks, red-winged blackbirds and many more. It wasn't until recently I discovered what a real woodpecker sounds like, and no, it's not Woody Woodpecker from the cartoon...
