Move over, Patti LaBelle hot sauce (#RIP), did you hear about the VAN HALEN HOT SAUCE?

Michael Anthony, the former bassist of Van Halen, has his own line of hot sauce. Now before you say, "Hold on a dang minute, why are we talking about Van Halen and hot sauce in the same sentence?!", hear me out.

Mad Anthony Hot Sauce (no relation to the Mad Anthony restaurant in Seattle that I know of), is something I stumbled upon while scrolling through various food news headlines. The hot sauce has been around for a few years, but I am just now finding out about it!

I am a little late to the party, in fact, I just now found out about Hot Ones TV "game show" on TruTV. Click here to see the one with actor/comedian, Kevin Hart.

Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony has created a new line of hot sauces called Mad Anthony. MAD ANTHONY IS HIS NICKNAME...Nothing was too hot and everyone knew to steer clear of my food!" Flavors include ...

- Original Flavor Hot Sauce
- XXXTra Hot Private Reserve
- NEW Mild Style Sauce
- Award-winning Fiery Mustard Sauce:
- Original Style BBQ Sauce
- Extra Hot BBQ Sauce

I'm looking at each one of these hot sauces and thinking about getting me some. I am in love with hot sauce. Some people like Tapatio, some like Louisiana Hot sauce and there is an entire shelf dedicated to them at the local grocery stores, like Rosauers, Wray's, Grocery Outlet, Safeway, and Walmart.

If you want to order one of those Van Halen hot sauces, they will run you about $9.95, or you can get the three-pack or the four-pack. They would make for some great gifts for the foodie in your life!
