We got another storm warning for hazardous travel through the mountains. According to the NWS in Pendleton, a winter weather advisory remains in effect throughout the weekend for the Cascades, Blues, and Wallowas of Northeastern Oregon, and southeastern Washington for the weekend.
The National Weather Service says:

lowered visibility...due to snow and melt and refreeze on the road surfaces (Be careful)
Make sure you have your winter travel accessories with you. An extra pair of gloves, phone charging cord, blanket, etc. No one wants to be stranded without these essentials. Matches are good bring along as well. You may need to start a fire to keep warm. You never know what kind of elements you'll run into.
