After a high-speed chase through Pasco and Kennewick Friday night, Sergio Flores (11-21-88) was taken into custody.

According to Pasco Police, it all started at about 6:15 pm when Officer Ana Ramos witnessed Flores speeding and driving recklessly near the Cable Bridge.  After attempting to pull the vehicle over, It became clear that the driver wouldn't stop.

A chase began but was terminated as Flores continued into Kennewick.  He crashed his vehicle into another at 3rd & Date, and fled the scene. Officer Ramos went to the scene and discovered that it was the same vehicle she had earlier attempted to pull over.

As Kennewick Police set up containment, Flores was found shortly after by a quick-thinking neighbor who was able to keep an eye on him until police were able to take him into custody.

Flores faces multiple charges, including eluding, hit-and-run, and possession.
