As I left for work this morning, I dodged a dead skunk on the main road at the end of my driveway. There was no nasty skunk smell, which I appreciated, and headed off to work. As I continued to think about it, though ... if it doesn't stink yet, it definitely will if someone runs it over again and punctures the "venom" sack.

So how to I remove the skunk before this happens? I called the Yakima County Animal

Control and Yakima County Sheriff's Office, but they said they won't remove it unless it's a dog or big animal.

Based on response on my social media, it sounds like I'm going to have to scoop the dang thing up myself and dispose of it. My fear is getting sprayed and having to sit in a tomato juice bath.

Is there another option?
