I’m Hosting Easter Brunch Any Good Ideas or Recipes?

I'm hosting a casual Easter Brunch at my home and am looking for interesting decorating ideas and recipes. So far I have ordered a Ham from Fred Meyer their Flame Crafted are the best in my opinion.
