Recently, I saw in one of the Facebook groups that there's a new restaurant opening soon in Richland.
Meet Metztli Cocina Bar: A New Culinary Gem
According to the Richland Residents group on Facebook, Metztli Cocina Bar is coming to the old Public House 255 (formerly Fat Olives) location.

Transitioning Spaces: From Public House 255 to Metztli
After 15 years operating as Fat Olives, the building was taken over by Maigh and Will Willingham who launched Public House 255 to the Richland community. Less than a year after opening, Public House 255 closed in December, 2025

Personally, I am looking forward to this new venture. Running a restaurant can't be easy in today's world. I'm a HUGE fan of Tri-Cities businesses.
