Kennewick Ice Cream Truck Driver Back In Jail After Skipping Court Date on Luring Charges

Kennewick police and other Mid-Columbia law enforcement agencies have  Maximinio Castillo-Murcia, 41, back in custody. He was arrested aerlier this week after allegedly luring young girls into his ice cream truck while performing a sex act on himself.

The incident occurred near Monopoly Park in Kennewick. Police later located and arrested Murcia.

According to authorities he made bail Tuesday night and skipped his court appearance Wednesday.

Police did not release specific details except to say Murcia was back in custody.
