Kennewick Substitute Teachers Limited to 8 Days a Month

When I was a kid, if our teacher was sick or couldn't make class, we got a substitute. I wasn't curious enough back then to ask how many days a month they could work. Kennewick School District subs got an email notifying them that they will be limited to 8 days per month, with a minimum of 2 days per month. Of course, as with all things in life these days, it has to do with money. Many substitute teachers think this will hinder students.
