Dry your tears, Twihards. Bella and Edward -- or, for the rest of us, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson -- are once again living in sin.

As onscreen vampires, the couple has survived mortality, werewolves and awful storylines, but their offscreen romance was rocked to the core when photos of Stewart canoodling with her older, married  and decidedly less attractive 'Snow White and the Huntsman' director Rupert Sanders surfaced. (No disrespect to Sanders, but this is Edward effing Cullen we're talking about. He sparkles, yo.)

Anyway, the fallout was bad. KStew issued a bumbling, stumbling apology, exceeded in awkwardness only by her red carpet appearances. Meanwhile, RPatz moved out of their shared abode, and it appeared that the promo cycle for the final 'Twilight' film this fall was going to be a rather delicious mess.

Now, though, it seems the duo has patched things up -- because he's reportedly returned to the non-marital home.

"They are living together and have reconciled," an insider told Us Weekly. That said, Pattinson is "extra-sensitive" and "insecure" at this point, so things are still rather touch-and-go.

Come to think of it, maybe we should use another phrase. It was Stewart's "touching" and "going" that started this whole disaster in the first place.
