Level 2 Sex Offender Sought by Deputies, Police

This guy is wanted by Benton County for failing to register as a sex offender.

24-year-old Erick Sean Kelly is considered a transient, but has failed to register with the Sheriff's office as required by law, and the terms of his release. Level 2 offenders are considered mid-range, more likely to re-offend than Level 1, but not nearly as dangerous as Level 3.

Authorities didn't say specifically where he's believed to be in the county, but are asking anyone who may see him or know his whereabouts to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
