KPD issued a press release regarding the relocation of Level 3 Sex Offender to the 5200 block of W. Canal Drive in Kennewick.
Waylon Thomas Collopy, age 40, is a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender (highest risk level). Collopy has moved to the 5200 block of West Canal Drive in Kennewick, WA from out of state.
