Most Iconic Artists/Bands to Play The Gorge Ampitheatre
Enormous: The Gorge Story premiered on July 21st. The documentary follows how a family-owned winery turned into a massive, internationally known concert venue that has attracted the biggest names in the music industry.
What's featured in the Documentary?
We're so fortunate that with just a hop, skip, and a jump down the road, you can see internationally known acts on a slice of property overlooking the mighty Columbia River. Formerly known as the Champs de Brionne Music Theatre, from 1986-1993. The original amphitheater was owned and operated by Dr. Vincent Bryan and Carol Bryan, Years later, the venue would be purchased by Live Nation.
The Gorge hosts many festivals
The Gorge Amphitheatre has seen many acts over the years. The venue has become the featured site for several festivals, including Watershed, a 3-day music fest with traditionally Country artists. Lilith Fair, Sasquatch! Music Festival, Lollapalooza, and Ozzfest are some of the events to occur on a regular basis.
The Gorge re-opens with the Watershed festival THIS weekend, from July 30th through August 1st. Tim McGraw, Gabby Barrett, Dierks Bentley, Thomas Rhett, and others are scheduled.
