New Locally Owned Gastropub Coming to Kennewick Soon!

Owner and founder of Stick+Stone Wood Fired Pizza on Queensgate is venturing out and opening a upscale Gastropub in Kennewick sometime in December

The new restaurant will be located on the top two floors of the Massage Envy building on Columbia Center Blvd. which will offer diners excellent views of Kennewick and the Columbia River.

The new restaurant will be called 'Proof Gastropub' and will serve high end gourmet pub foods and hand crafted drinks. Proof Gastropub with be hiring 25 full and part-time employees.

I'm excited to have this type of non chain restaurant can't wait to try it out!
