Three new movies — and one that’s not so new, but has been revamped in 3D — will be vying for your entertainment dollars in theaters this weekend.

In ‘Journey 2: The Mysterious Island,’ a teenager receives a coded distress signal from an island where no island should exist.

Safe House‘ stars Denzel Washington as a rogue CIA agent who’s turned to the dark side and is pursued by Ryan Reynolds.

George Lucas’ ‘Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace 3D‘ gets a 3D makeover in this prequel of the beloved ‘Star Wars’ trilogy.

And ‘The Vow‘ is the story of a newlywed wife who awakes from a coma with no memory of her previous life — including her new husband.
