OMG This Spider Invaded My Niece’s House in Oregon

What in the holy spider hell kind of spider is this? My niece who lives just outside of Beaverton, Oregon, found this ginormous spider in her home yesterday. I totally thought this was fake but indeed it was not.
I'm curious what type of spider this is and do we have them in Tri-Cities? And if we do I'm moving... just kidding!
