Oregon National Guard Military Police Unit Mobilizes For Afghanistan
The Oregon Army National Guard's 1186th Military Police Company is scheduled to be honored in a mobilization ceremony in Salem, Thursday May 25, at 1:00p.m.

Approximately 30 soldiers from the Oregon Army National Guard will deploy to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel.

Pre-deployment training for the unit will be at Fort Bliss, Texas.
