It was a wonderful idea having a nonstop flight service from Pasco to Los Angeles but alas the service is being canceled in 2020 by United Airlines.

The service kicked off on April 5th of this year but doesn't seem to be taking off for the airline so the flights will be canceled of January 5th, 2020.

“I think the demand was there, but they were not able to get the fare they needed.” according to Buck Taft, Director of the Tri-Cities Airport. Taft also says he's disappointed that the airline didn't give the service enough time.

The airport has added non-stop flights to Chicago starting this spring.  The Tri-Cities Airport also has nonstop service now to Denver, Las Vegas, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Phoenix-Mesa, San Francisco, Seattle, and Salt Lake City. It also has seasonal service to Los Angeles.

We are sad to see the service go but Tri-Cities Airport stiff offers plenty of flights to many other locations.
