Pasco Police Officers are looking for a stolen 1998 White Dodge Durango SUV. Early Monday morning after taking the report of the stolen vehicle from the 2400 block of West Henry Street, they saw a vehicle matching the description pass them.

As they followed the SUV over the Blue Bridge, they caught the license plates and learned that this was THE stolen vehicle.  The officers attempted to stop the SUV in Kennewick.  The driver would not pull over.  Instead, the driver took off on westbound SR-240. Police deemed the speeds too high and ended the pursuit for safety.

Police often end pursuits so the driver they're chasing will slow down, however, the driver was witnessed speeding up and turned off the headlights and taillights.  The driver got away.

This is where you come in.  Please take notice of vehicles around you.  If you see the SUV, call the police.  Don't chase or approach.  Call the authorities.

The Durango has WA license plates, BRC9058. The vehicle is in good condition.

The image is NOT the actual stolen vehicle. It's for reference. If you have any information about the stolen 1998 White Dodge Durango, please contact Pasco Police at 509-628-0333.
