If you have been to Columbia Gardens Urban Wine & Artisan Village in Kennewick, you might already be aware of Swampy's BBQ. Swampy's BBQ has been open in the complex on East Columbia Drive since early 2020 and will soon be expanding.
According to an article in the Tri-Cities Area Journal Of Business, Swampy's BBQ will soon have a more permanent location at the Village with a new permanent kitchen.
Swampy's BBQ and Eatery will purchase a 4,631-square-foot sliver of land on Columbia Drive.

Swampy's BBQ according to the article will use the land to build a new commissary kitchen that'll also be available to other tenants at the Columbia Gardens Urban Wine & Artisan Village.

With the addition of the new kitchen and dining area, Swampy's BBQ trucks will still be able to make the rounds at other locations and catering events throughout the Tri-Cities area.
The Port Of Kennewick is selling the parcel of land to Swampy's for development after the owners of Swampy's submitted a plan for the purposed expansion.
