The City of Kennewick is selling 1.26 acres of property located at the corner of 395 & Hildebrand Blvd. for approximately $413,000 to H & H Northwest Companies, LLC.

The buyer intends to construct a Rock Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant next to the Southridge Sports and Events Complex.

Rock Wood Fired Pizza & Spirits is a full-service gourmet pizza chain serving pizzas, salads, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, and privately labeled micro-brews.
